Summary[]

Rivi's criminal associate Charles Lester tips off Diane, via Carmen Moyo, that she and Kurt are about to be indicted. At a grand jury hearing, Diane's anonymous call to the FBI is revealed, driving a wedge between her and Kurt, who fires her as his lawyer in favor of Julius. Meanwhile, Liz attempts to get a hold of Moyo's relationship with Rivi. Wackner's court receives generous funding from David Cord, who is keen to use it to disrupt the legal system.
