The leaving fourth years struggle to download client files, as they are all fired one by one. With Alicia voted out as a partner, the new Florrick Agos firm tries to beat their old coworkers to the client lists to secure their client base. Lockhart Gardner employs several techniques to slow the new firm down, such as spreading malicious rumors, filing non-compete clauses, and sabotaging their office spaces.
