Plot[]
Florrick/Agos and LG represent Lemond Bishop when he is arrested on a drug-related charge. However, the charge is based on information that could've only been known from within Florrick/Agos and this prompts Cary and Alicia to conduct an investigation, which leads them to conclude their phones are being wiretapped by the DEA. They are in fact being surveilled, but by the NSA who is sharing information to other government departments. Meanwhile, after Marylin submits an inconclusive report on her investigation into possible voter fraud, it escalates as the Department of Justice's Office of Public Integrity begins their own examination of the allegations and the video depicting the alleged crime, approaching Alicia and subpoenaing Will.
