Goofs, Bloopers & Continuity Errors[]
- The British solicitor remarks that since the client's house is in Toronto, Canada is part of the Commonwealth, implying that is how his assets were frozen. However, the Commonwealth doesn't work like that. Canada is a fully independent country and not beholden to British laws or orders. The Commonwealth today is much more a loose cultural association.
- The British judge repeatedly refers to it being morning in the UK while it is the evening in the US. In fact, Chicago is 6 hours behind the UK time zone (GMT -6 hours) so this situation could not occur.
