Summary[]

- The amount of cash that they went to a bank to get a cashier's check for would have turned on numerous red flags for the bank and required filing of a form that goes to the IRS and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network.
- Kalinda even if with Cary would not be arrested just because she was with someone being arrested. There was an arrest warrant for Cary and it was not for an act being done at the time of the arrest, and as such Kalinda may have been detained while Cary's arrest was effected, but she would not have been arrested assuming she did and had nothing illegal.
