Amber Madison, the prostitute appears on a talk show saying Alicia is a little fridgid, after this she starts calling Alicia's work. She tells Peter to make her stop and he threatens her to protect his family but Alicia come face to face with her. Alicia deals with tricky office politics when she's asked to represent the firm's senior partner Jonas Stern after he's arrested for battery against a cop. Stern wishes to be in charge of his own case but Alicia proves to him that she is a good lawyer and he lets her take charge of the case. Zach and Grace tell Alicia that they know about their fathers affair. Zach's "friend that is a girl" Becca helps him with the knowledge but she gives him a Muzzlum music CD to rebel. Jackie finds the CD and Alicia confronts Zach who is harsh on her about his knowledge of their fathers case. Stern learns that his fellow partner Will has checked out his files, he confronts them and tells them he will bankrupt the firm before they push him out. Alicia figures out that Stern has Dementia, a serious brain condition but she ca't tell anyone because of attorney/client privlages. After revealing that the cop didn't place the breathaliser test on the report saying that he was sober, the judge dismissed the DUI and the battery charges. Jonas says that he is leaving to start his own firm and he is taking a third of their bussiness. He offered Alicia a job but she turned it down. Stern tells Alicia that her husband was set up and they will never let him out of jail. Amber confronts Alicia face to face saying that Peter threatened to hurt her, but Alicia completly ignored her and drives away. In the end, Alicia came into Peter's room and kissed him.
