Wendy Scott-Carr is a lawyer working for the Cook County State's Attorney's office, and one of Peter Florrick's rivals in the election for State's Attorney in season 2 (2010/11).
In season 3, Peter hired her to work as a special prosecutor for the Judicial Bribery case against Will Gardner.
